What inspired you to write your book?
I was a chef for many years and went on to study in holistic health. Today I lecture and teach around the country and all my teachings are based around health and nutrition and what we put in our bodies. This book is the basis of my teachings. I’ve included a 21 Day Meal plan plus recipes, to assist readers to be able to implement lifestyle choices and changes to ensure they reclaim their health and boost energy in their lives.

For me the love I infuse in my cooking and recipes is something that is unique to me and a gift I offer by sharing with readers. I see this as an invitation to readers to be inspired and supported to make different choices.
