Autumn Cranraisin Oatmeal

During the colder months, there are a host of flavors that begin to resurface as the seasonal plants begin to mature. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cran raisins
  • whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Take the oats, water, almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and sea salt and cook in microwave on its highest setting for about 2 - 3. Be sure to stir the oats about half way through the cooking process to heat evenly. Stir in the sugar, apples, and cran raisins. Top with the whipped cream.
