Fruit Smoothies Ingredients:

fruit juice
orange, apple, grape or combination

yogurt
plain or with any fruit
1 to 2
cups
cut up fresh fruit
strawberries, blueberries, bananas, grapes, mangoes, etc.

ice cubes
Instructions
Instructions:
Blend (in a blender) all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
