GOOEY CHOP MEAT
This was a recipe from my Stepmother Joan. I gave this recipe to The Dude, and he absolutely loves it and for all the reasons that The Dude likes any of his favorite recipes. I think you know by now? Correctomundo! The name is “Crazy,” Gooey Chop-Meat. I loved it, and that’s what first got Dude interested in this dish as well, even before he ever tasted it. He heard about it, and with a name like “Gooey Chop Meat” and the description of the dish, The Dude just had to have it. Had to taste it, get the recipe, and now he makes it all the time. Dude makes about two batches a month. It’s quick and easy. Tasty, stores well, fills you up, and Dude gets about 14 plates per batch at just about .50 cents a plate. That’s Good by The Dude, “No Doubt.”

How do you see writing a food/cookbook as different from writing other genres of books?
Cooking and Food are Passion of mine that I know quite about about, being a a Food & Wine Professional for more than 30 years .. I Know and Love the subject-matter so it’s easy for me to write about .. Simply put, I enjoy it ..
Advice to someone that is thinking about or currently working on a food book or cookbook
Write about something you love; a particular Cuisine, or type of cooking, or particular category, like; Pasta, Barbecuing, Italian Food, French Food, etc .. Once you have your Subject-Matter, make and out line and list. Knock Off the list, writing about one thing on the list (outline) at a time, and the book will write itself. The keys are finding a subject you love and are knowledgeable about, make an outline and write. When writing, just write. Don’t worry about getting everything write at first. It’s most important to get it down on paper or in your computer. You can go back and edit afterward. Good Luck, keep at it, and don’t wtop, Write, Write, Write.
How did you decide how to publish your book and where is it published through:
Amazon Createspace and Kindle (KDP) are great for writers just starting out. It’s quite cheap, easy, and quick to get your book (books) up and running in know time. Createspace and Kindle are great platforms.
