Kerala, the land of spices and coconut is very well known for its cuisine. The land is a veritable treasure trove of great sea food. The Pearl Spot, a fish found in the backwaters is the favorite of the local people, known as Malayalies and whichever part of the world they happen to be in, they never fail to remember the “Karimeen fry”, without nostalgia.
