French cuisine is renowned thanks to it’s mastery in the mixing of food ingredients and create spectacular and good looking dishes. This tradition comes from ancient times but where French cuisine got refined was at the beginning of the 1960′s. Those years brought a fresh wave of inventive to it because of the Portuguese immigrant influence. Some may call it the New French Cuisine, but me and my granny call it the French Cuisine Revolution.
