The “bean” in this recipes title doesn’t refer to the cocoa beans we get chocolate from. I’m talking about fiber-rich, good for your body white Cannellini beans. These nutritious cookies are a low-calorie snack you don’t need to feel guilty about eating. And how do they taste? I gave a batch to the most junk food addicted person I know, and as he jammed cookie after cookie in his mouth he managed to say “there is no way these cookies are healthy!”

If you go to the supermarket and look at the hot cocoa for sale, you will likely find many unnatural ingredients. As well as those, you also have loads of sugar. If not sugar, then you can end up with the diet version that has artificial sweetener (which no decent natural health practitioner would approve of) and skimmed milk (the low-fat diet idea is being questioned by some nutritionsists these days). You can also get skimmed milk but with strange other vegetable fats added.
