If you go to the supermarket and look at the hot cocoa for sale, you will likely find many unnatural ingredients. As well as those, you also have loads of sugar. If not sugar, then you can end up with the diet version that has artificial sweetener (which no decent natural health practitioner would approve of) and skimmed milk (the low-fat diet idea is being questioned by some nutritionsists these days). You can also get skimmed milk but with strange other vegetable fats added. There can be additional ingredients to help you make the cocoa smooth, but this is unnecessary once you know how to make it properly. And it is easy to make.
