Rexanne’s Tuna Salad
1 small can (water-packed) Albacore Tuna, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Half a crispy apple, chopped fine
1 celery stalk, chopped fine
1 TBS. chopped onion
Dash of (dried or fresh) dill (optional)
1 TBS. chopped walnuts (optional)
In a medium sized bowl, add tuna, mayo, apple, celery and onion. Add dill and walnuts if desired. Mash together with a fork.
